Been sitting in grocery pick up for an hour! Checked in from home. While we have been waiting my husband has taken our boys in twice to use the bathroom. I've gone in and gotten some items I forgot. Yet we are still sitting here. I've complained before and had quick customer care promise to give me $10 credit which never came. Not convenient at all, like it is designed to be. Poor lady who has to work this department all alone! Obviously they have poor management who can't make a proper work schedule.

The prices are okay, the staff are wonderful and courteous, but they have few staff to manage a large area and attend to a great number of people that shops there. I feel as if they should put their staff on skates in order to zoom from one end to another, but that would be inhumane. Staffing must be improved, right now am considering ordering online only.
Overall, I am usually pleased with this Wal-Mart.
Needs to clean their arcade area desperately. I think some have just swept dirt and trash in there rather than dispose of appropriately. Staff was nice and helpful. Customer service and checkout desks I had little to no wait.
