Beautiful Dr. and Staff
After speaking to a young man( he was very unprofessional and not at all prepared to be answering the phone) on the phone explaining to him a lot of what I've been going through this year and was looking for a family practitioner so that I can have all my medical records in one place and for someone to have my back. After being sick the majority of my life I had finally gotten some answers this year I've been diagnosed with cancer lupus arthritis tendonitis neuropathy severe nerve damage after two very bad Falls one leaving me bedridden for 9 months. Along with a lot of other things since I had Insurance why not use it. I'm not a hypochondriac but all this information at one time was overwhelming. I had oncologist gastrologist endocrinologist orthopedic doctors rheumatologist doctors and many other specialist but no family practice to have my back. I would love to have all my records in one place and have a relationship was someone that I could feel comfortable talking to when I'm having problems and they will know my history and just be there for me. I've had four surgeries in 8 months one of those being thyroidectomy along with some nodes in my neck and a full hysterectomy. With no thyroid and no ovaries I'm in need of replacement therapy. And I have to be monitored for the rest of my life. After explaining this to the young man he passed the phone to another lady I didn't go into as much detail with her but as soon as I mentioned pain management she was quick to say we do not do pain management here or give referrals and was about to hang up sounding aggravated. Hello I wasn't calling for pills I was calling for help it was just a question. If you can't help me for my pain I can find help somewhere else. Have been self medicating myself for 10 years why would I need her for that but I still needed someone to have my back and if this is the way the staff is going to treat me I'll take my money somewhere else. I was very offended for this woman to insinuate I'm calling for drugs. I'm a cancer survivor is this how they treat everyone or only those that are in pain. Screw you all you're a dime a dozen and I'll find another one for all of you out there that are seriously ill I recommend you find another doctor I don't think this woman has the experience if she can train her staff to be respectful then I can only imagine what she must be like. They are very insensitive people
Very good doctor and staff. These people make you feel just like family. They really care about you as their patient.
My mother is a new patient there and I must admit the staff was awesome! Dr. Cummings and her staff are top notch! The care they showed my mother made her feel comfortable, welcomed and the environment was very family oriented! I highly recommend this office!
