Phenomenal customer service. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Called that morning. Needed a small arrangement for my wife (our second anniversary) and wasn't sure how to go about doing it. They were very helpful, and had the arrangement ready for me to pick up in time to surprise my wife for lunch. They even included some ribbon matching our wedding colors. Thank you. I will be back again soon. Y'all make it easy to spoil my wife.
Staff was kind and patient. I had a rough idea of what I needed for my event and they where able to deliver a product that was above and beyond my (poor) description. They provided an excellent service, at the agreed upon time, at a comparable price. Everyone loved the floral arrangement they made. They really know what they're doing and I will use them again. Very nice people to deal with over the phone, just describe what colors and flowers you want and a price range and they will make it happen. Ordered from them 3 times and even once or twice had same day delivery. I have them on speed dial now!!

Super nice folks with lovely flowers!
They did a beautiful job on the flowers with my father-in-law's funeral a few months ago. We only gave them about one day's notice because we were busy planning everything else, so the flower arrangement was the last thing we were thinking about. They did not have a problem at all making the flower arrangement last minute. We spent about an hour looking through their catalogs, and they were nice enough to make suggestions and bring out sample flowers, as well as substitute in/out the flowers we liked. They were so helpful and patient and sweet as if their were my own family! I would highly recommend this place for any floral arrangement for special occasions, especially if you want them to turn out beautiful and with great customer service.
