Showed up on time for a scheduled CT scan, Registered and provided my ID & insurance info. 5 minutes later they call me back to the desk to tell me they have no CT technician there today and my procedure has been rescheduled to be done at Eastside hospital in Snellville. At least they were willing to register me there so I wouldn't have to go through the whole procedure again at the hospital. While I'm sitting in their lobby waiting to register I get a call on my cell from someone at this facility (in the back office) telling me the same thing. They started to hang the phone up-I had to say, um, you need to at least give me my drivers license back before I can go anywhere. Then they ask me, can't you reschedule this for another day? Really, people, when I've already taken a whole day off from work? Then I find out that not only is the CT tech sick, but she's been out since Wednesday? And you couldn't bother to call me till I was in your lobby?? These people really give me a lot of confidence...not!
