Now that I am out of this god awful place, I will write how HORRIBLE it is. Stephanie is no longer in charge (Thank God). They sold the hotel and hopefully the new owners have class and fix this place up. My husband came to this hotel because he has a job in Loganville until January. We are from FL. First it was my husband & his brother. They paid around $270 a week. I moved up with my daughter & they raised it to $364.00. My brother in law ended up going back to FL. So of course I asked if our rate could be lowered. They said no. Total rip off & this place is NO WHERE near worth even $270 a week. I have never met such inconsiderate assholes in my entire life and they should have never been running a hotel. I will say all the employees in the front office are CLUELESS, RUDE, & you wont get the same answer from either of them. Cops are there every other day. Spend the extra money and get a decent hotel.

I would give no stars if that was a thing. My family and I which includes myself (which I am expecting), my husband, my 2 yr old, and a 6 month old. We have been living here since the beginning of June (it's now Aug. 28) and we have been respectful quiet tenants. There have been 3 times that my husband was not able to pay the rent by 11am when it is due but he always paid as soon as he got home around 6 or 7pm. All 3 times they lock my family and I out of our room until it was. We have no car so we asked the people in the room next to us if we could stay with them until my husband got home and they said yes (we are good friends). We then received a knock on the door letting us know that we were not allowed to sit in someone else's room that we have to sit outside in the heat or they would kick all of us out. Now this morning at 10am we were told my Stephanie that we had to be out by 12pm or we could pay an extra $64.20 to stay one more night (keep in my mind our rent was already paid through tomorrow so we shouldn't have to pay anything to stay another night) but that we were no longer allowed on her property. When asked why she told us she didn't have to give us an explanation. So she gave us 2 hours and no notice for my whole family to move and find another place to stay, knowing we have 2 kids and I'm expecting. HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS. They do not care about anyone but themselves and are extremely rude!!!!!!!
The front desk lady was very pleasant. Wish I knew here name. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Attendant was pleasant at check out time...Will visit again if I come back to town. First pick in my book.
