Stopped ordering pizza from this place only because they now take online orders only. I am old school and don't appreciate online ordering being forced on me. I give the local Pizza Hut my business now. The pizza is fresh and on time.
Great place great people, just call and place your order and it's ready to go when they say I never have to wait.
I placed an order online and left instructions on which house to go to as there are 2 houses at that adress. After an hour I called the store to get an update. Brandon answered the phone and and when I told him we hadn’t gotten our order yet he started barking at me saying that they waited for ten minutes. I said I left instructions on what house it is and that they should have called me, to which he claims they did but my phone shows no calls from them. He proceeded to be incredibly rude acting as if I was at fault and when I said I wanted a refund he was just like “Yeah I’m going to” and hung up. So not only did I get horrible service, I got no food, and I don’t even know for sure if I’m going to actually get a refund.
I ordered my family's dinner from this store tonight and it was the worst experience I have had with papa johns. The delivery took over an hour to get here. Then it was sort of the right order, I like light sauce and so I ordered light sauce. I got pizza crust and tomato soup. The entire order was cold. The two pizza that had soup in the middle were burned on the outside. The chicken bites were rubbery and contained only 5 actual chicken chunks, the rest were I guess what was left in the bag. I called the store and they offered to remake the order but it would take another 45-50 minutes to get it delivered. Since I wasn't interested in that option he credited my account two pizzas. My order was $50.00 so in the managements mind 18.00 of pizza makes up for all that happened. Needless to say it will be a good long while before I order papa johns.
4.5 stars... I've worked for Papa John's, as a pizza maker, years ago. It seems like a lifetime ago now. Anyways, we were held to a standard and if that standard wasn't met within reason, we were expected to go above and beyond to make things right. Tonight as always, my Papa Johns took care of me.
