Nice staff, reasonable price, clean grounds
Well run, very clean, 24 hour access and above all awesome customer service. I would recommend American Storay to anyone. I have family members that also have storage here and they agree this is the best around. I've compaired prices in the area and hands down this place is the winner. Once again, the customer service is great. Super friendly!

American storages used to be a great place until it was sold. The new owner came in and started renting u haul trucks and trailers. They parked them in the middle of the back lot where people park their trailers. It became quite a challenge to get my trailer in and out of there every day. My business partner called Karen in the office and asked her to please move them cause I was having a hard time. They moved them but after that Karen became very rude towards me. Few months later had a question called and left 2 messages and never heard back from her. So I had to go and talk to her, told her I had left 2 messages didn't know if she had gotten them or not and she rudely told me " it's not like I haven't been busy". The last straw was the other day as I was leaving the lot she was sweeping beside one of the units I waved and she just turned her back to me. So needless to say I found a new place to park with a whole lot less hassle and a much friendlier staff. A staff who appreciates my business.... There's no way I would treat my customers that way, that's no way to run a business, unless you plan on running it into the ground.
