I have been pampering my feet and nails for over 25 years and this was the worst.........nail establishment I have been to in my life. First of all, the water for my pedicure was ice cold and she'd just ran the water. When asked to have hot water she did not drain some of the water out, she dipped the water out with a pitcher..which she used to to do the same with my girlfriends water. Thank God I knew/came with my friend because the unsanitary practice sent me through the roof. She saw nothing wrong with what she did. She than ran hot water into both of our pedicure tubs as if she did us a favor. They were trying to not change the peficure liner in the tub. With what they charge why the heck were they being so dorn cheap trying to save a feaking .50 liner. Really!! Now, I'm new to the area but this place is beyond ridiculous with their massive extra charges for basic things that typically come with a pedicure. Highway robbery..I don't mind paying for quality, but this was far beneath quality and this place is getting the butter from the duck. Sorry..my years of experience with this process will not allow me to be sucker again. First and last time here. Thanks to those that posted a review. I should have read the reviews prior to coming and I wouldn't have been so...disappointed. Will read reviews from this point on especially, being new to the area.
This is a horrible nail salon. I spoke to a nice lady but her husband did my nails. I purchased a full set and in less than
four days, of my original visit I had 4 nails to come off and the rest of the nails were very loose. I called and spoke with them and they agreed to fix them. I returned back to the salon in 5 days after I originally had my nails done and they charged me to repair their very bad work. I will never go back again.
Made the mistake of frequenting this salon last evening. Went with my daughter for fill-ins and pedicure. I have SNS and asked about the coupon that is on the website and they said they would honor. What they don't tell you is any extra charges and give some ridiculous reason for said charges. I was completely disgusted with the entire place. Cheap bate and switch tactics for the establishment. Do not be fooled by any coupons as I should have realized. It definitely lends to their work and products if there are coupons or discounts offered. Although it is in close proximity to my home, I shall not ever go back. I do feel sorry for the workers, they did do a good job. The sneaky and dirty business practices of the owner/manager are the reason I will not be back. Word of advise to the owner/managers, like the previous writer said, speak English to your English speaking customers and your credibility may improve.
LOVE this salon, LOVE the people, LOVE the service! 5++ Stars!! I have been going to American Nails for almost 2 years and have ALWAYS received GREAT service. While I cannot speak for all the people that work there, I can state emphatically that Anna (Pedi technician), Lee (SNS technician) and Nancy (one of the owners) ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS provide EXCELLENT service which is why I keep going back again and again and again. Today, I stopped by because I broke one of nails while doing yard work. Nancy welcomed me in, got me all taken care of and charged me nothing ... absolutely NOTHING.. in fact, all she asked for was a HUG which I GLADLY gave to her!!! So, please, let me re-state again .. I LOVE this salon, I LOVE the people and I LOVE the service!!! 5++ Stars!!!
People are great and it's VERY clean. They make sure you get what you pay for.
