I hate giving a bad review anywhere, but this place seriously sucks. The first time I went there, it was to get a full acrylic set done and a pedicure for my wedding in a few days. The guy who did my nails actually clipped the side of my pinky finger with the nail clippers leaving an actual nasty looking wound that I had to have when everyone looked at my ring when I got married. He just said sorry and covered it with a cottonball until it stopped bleeding. They didn't discount the service or anything. I literally didn't go back to this place until last month and only because they are close by. I needed a fill on my nails. I had black polish on for Halloween and the nail tech didn't even get all the polish off before putting on the fill, resulting in black streaks on my nails. She so had an attitude the entire time and I just sat there and took it. And to make matters worse, one of the nails popped off onky two weeks later so....Once again, I decided to try them one more time last week. I asked to get my nails taken off and a pedicure, since the one nail had popped off and another that very morning. The pedicure was nice, but the guy who did my manicure and who removed the nails literally drilled so far down to my real nail that it burned me... twice! I even pulled my hand away and tried to be polite about it. My actual nail is uneven if you look at it from the side and my nail polish is cracking and coming off only a week later. My nails were left so thin I had to cut them off today because they were bending and two broke on their own. This place is clean and that is all I can say for them. They are rude and act like they don't care. And to top it all off, they are more expensive than most places. I honestly wish I had had better experiences. I wish I knew who the people are referring to that had good experiences. I tip well too. So I am out 40 bucks for a nail job that didn't last. Don't go here. Period.
This has been my go to nail place for a while, but like all places you have your good techs and the not so good techs. Everyone is very nice and I have never had any problems with this establishment. They do their best to give you great service.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is very professional. They take pride in their work and I've never had a bad experience here! I just got my nails done in a full acrylic set and they are gorgeous! The nail technician I had was Lily! Definately will be coming here again!
Service can be great until you bring a concern or issue to someone's attention. Staff is not very receptive and can quickly become rude and defensive when you point out flaws in their work. I come here often and have learned that sticking with the one or two people whose work you have experienced and are happy with is your best bet.
Very professional receptionist. Huge color selection. Nice atmosphere. As for the pedicure technician, you might have to go through a fee before you can find one that takes pride in what they do. My pedicure was rushed. Took about 15 minutes. I had to stop the lady in the middle of polishing my toes because it looked so sloppy and the corners was not getting done. She had the nerve to get an attitude. If she only new I tip well. I only tried this place out since the lady I have been going to for seven years moved. Be selective when going here.
